Services4Estates was commissioned for a comprehensive toilet renovation project at a private residence in Battersea. The goal was to transform an outdated and inefficient space into a modern, functional, and aesthetically appealing area.Â
While the project was small in scale, it demanded a diverse range of expertise, showcasing how even a compact renovation requires coordination across multiple trades, including plumbing, tiling, electrical, carpentry, and painting.
What We Did
Scope of Work
Plumbing: The first step involved replacing the old toilet seat and cistern with modern fixtures that offered improved functionality and efficiency.
Tiling: To refresh the appearance of the space, we re-tiled both the walls and floors using contemporary tiles that added a clean and stylish look.
Electrical: The outdated extractor connection was removed, and a new light socket was installed, ensuring brighter and more energy-efficient lighting.
Carpentry: The waste pipes were boxed in for a neat finish, and adjustments were made to the door, which included trimming and installing a new door lock to ensure security.
Painting: A fresh coat of paint was applied to the walls, creating a polished, modern finish that tied the entire renovation together.
